FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Tell me more about the free consultation.  We are happy to discuss your matter on the telephone for fifteen minutes, give or take.  Often this discussion leads to a longer consultation, either on the telephone or in person, at which time we will discuss a fee, if any.
  • Do you accept payment plans?  Yes.
  • Should I be concerned if I am going up against a large corporation or law firm?  Absolutely not.  Ten of Drew's thirty years of practice were spent with a large, multi-national law firm.  Drew knows how they work and speaks their language.  And we don't charge their hourly rates!
  • How will I be billed?  There are a variety of billing arrangements available, such as hourly, flat fee and on a contingency basis.   This will be one of the first things we discuss if we decide to work together.
  • If it turns out, for whatever reason, that you are not the right lawyer for the job, will you help me find the right one?  Absolutely.  Lawyers are ethically bound to only take on matters commensurate with their expertise and experience.
